We require a non-refundable deposit for evening, weekend, holiday, and off-site rehearsals and ceremonies. Deposits are due at the time of reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are deducted from your total fee and are non-refundable. Deposits for off-site ceremonies are non-transferable within 45 days of the ceremony.
We accept cash and debit/credit cards (3.5% merchant processing fee is automatically included), Venmo, and CashApp. We do not accept checks.
For in-office ceremonies, there is a firm limit of 25 guests, total headcount, and kiddos are included.
All fees are quoted as a flat rate. We do not charge additional for mileage, travel expenses, sales tax, etc.
Don’t forget to bring your Tennessee marriage license and a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, visa, passport, or military ID) for each person to be married!
